a) You must always include the invoice for your order, so that we can check who the return shipment is from.
b) You must exercise reasonable care when packing the products so that the products are not damaged along the way.
c) You must request proof of delivery at the post office and keep it until you have received the purchase price or the replacement products have been delivered to you.
As soon as we have received the return shipment in good order, we will arrange the reimbursement, or credit when we cannot replace the item.
